Given by the president? That's the best one I've heard in a while.

When we went operational, all of us got our own berets for daily wear and kept the original safely, but getting it from the CO's about as special as it got.

Seeing as how I hold my CO in higher regard than any Singaporean President, looks like I got the better bargain.
