  I'm seriously thinking of extending my service to SAF till the retiring age of 40. Although I'm only 33, already have problems passing my annual IPPT, maybe even got problems passing the range. Btw, next Friday 19th of May, I'm going back my unit ( fully operational, never stand down ) to collect my COA. I'll be in MR. I feel tat I still can contribute my knowledge and specialise skills to my fellow juniors.

  for voluntary service, they would much prefer to take those high ranking specialists/offcers who are key apointment holders.
