actually not new. the containers were there in the SMM hanger all along since i first saw it in 2003. no idea why they take so long to commission it.

trials? like armour. have the equipment, but keep for many many years than reveal. need to get local guys to be trained in it, field trials, evaluation, logistics, bla bla bla.

Practically they can be Deployed and carried by Choppers I think.

CSH takes alot of money and manpower and logistics to 'open'...apparently it 'opens' once a year due to constraints
