Eg. if u look like a recruit or army guy, when u walk past n look a bit or just walk past, these stall holders will say like 'u need anything?' or like 'may i help u?' or 'will give discount one...best prices'
is it because these stall holders want business since there is so much competition? -
if they dont do it you will say their service is bad.

they may pester u but somehw they r helpful in recommending u to some other stalls tt sell the items u want.

the way they do business are rather pestering i must agree as what is mentioned above. some of them are also rude to customers.

you must keep on bargaining with them one! there was once this auntie tried to sell me a pair of goretex boots for 90 bucks, and it was obviously second hand lor...so i bargained until 50, then she was "cannot lah, too cheap" then i said okay lor i buy elsewhere, emart can pay by credit. Then she kan cheong "okay lah okay 50 dollars can" muahaha
