  The turbojet (and the turbofan) can also be fitted with an afterburner. An afterburner is simply a long tube placed in between the turbine and the nozzle in which additional fuel is added and burned to provide a significant boost in thrust.   Wah, today saw the Helis and planes flying over sentosa. So chio lar.. 3 CH47 with flags will circle around the area ... the AH64Ds then come in a t formation, forming up 2 groups of flag party and the 3rd CH flies alone... Then the 6 jets also flew over their formation already. But on the way home... only 3 Apaches were spotted flying back to where they came from ...

  I am involved in the marching contingent. Can tell ya, actual NDP we will be in long 4 and camo...In fact, the camoing starts on the NE show.
  
  BTW, doing drills with SAR 21 wearing LBV is damn hard coz the scope always hook on the LBV pouch. Making hormat and julang a chore for me..

  Anyone see the Police GOH contingent commander? Marching style really weird. Legs very robotic. You'd think the Police would select someone who matches smartly.
