  Hey, i did a pretty cool sai kang i tink.. Task to cremate the carcass of a dead dog behing company line.. Body infested with maggots liao.. Took quite a while to burn though.. So in the end bury the dog instead.. Amitahba..

  CO to junior officer during lunch "noticed the battalion cleanliness standard has dropped (hint hint)
  
  Junior Officer (eager to please) "Yes sir, i will do something about it by the end of the day"
  
  JO to CSM "encik can u get some guys to clean up the battalion, CO make noise"
  
  CSM (20+ plus years in army, just want to finish peacefully and get pension) "ah okay sir no problem"
  
  CSM to any unlucky spec that walks by "eh, get your guys go and clean up the building, nbcb u all need me to conduct standby area is it?"
  
  Spec (tio hang liao) "yes encik i go do now"
  
  Spec falls men in (obviously disgruntled, the lunchtime nap interrupted) "csm ask us to do area cleaning. okay this group clean toilet, this group parade sq..blah blah blah"
  
  Men "wah lau eh sargeant, do liao got off or not, everytime do saikang no off"
  
  Spec (if good) "okay lah you all do swee swee i recommend csm give u all 1 day off"

  I was quite new at that time and my HQ CSM looking for pple to do saikang so my sergeant sent me go.
  That was ard April.There was going to be dunno what building inspection.So the HQ CSM got together a sai kang platoon and we went ard the WHOLE camp climbing up all the buildings and sweep up all the dead and dried leaves under the hot,scorching sun.Start at 0800.Stop for lunch at 1145.Start again at 0130.End at 0500,This went on for a week.
  Buay tahan..the whole vest from light grey become dark grey with all the sweat and u can still see sweat dripping from the vest.
  We also have to sweep the road too.
