My fren also sae wat RAO or ROA cant remember, wat is tat"?

OA = office automation.
an account where you have access to the mindef domain / email / desktop application -
bascially if u're a clerk or just happen need to do clerical work regularly (like technician request for indent electronically and updating maintenance records) then give u an OA account to use in conjunction with ur 11B to log on to windows and network.
but then nowadays shifting to the new access chip card and windows xp liao... forgot wat name liao... -

OA acc used to work for me..even accountant worked for me too. -

my chip had a punched hole, kept as souvenir, even though when i got my card, i only had 2 months to clearing leave.
