  One wearing a brown shirt with short pants.The other wearing camoflauge fatigue overalls.With a medical vehicle parked at the car park.Both were at the beach scrutinising the sea.The one with the brown shirt was making calls on his walkie-talkie and they look at the sea and start talking.

  Or some unit where unit shirt is brown.
  
  Depending which beach you are refering, they are either doing coastal swim or some coastal hook exercise.

  it was changi beach and i only saw two personnel, no one else.Except a medical truck.
