  There could be a serious lack of professionalism and personal character/integrity in many middle level specialist commanders.
  
  Take a look around, especially those in the SSG-2WO range, most of the complaints of unfair treatment usually stem from soldiers who have interactions with such ranked personnel, usually in appointed roles.
