read from zao bao yesterday, 40 years old 1WO Tan from 46SAR has been appointed as the army's first female RSM.
she's not the 1st female RSM in the SAF though, if memory serves, there're already female RSMs in the Navy before her. -

FYI, She was BMTC Scorpion PC for awhile.
Nice lady to talk to and never see her angry but can see when she is pissed.
Funny part was that when in Fibua Village, when all the guys erected a makeshift shower at the tap area...
she also don't "zi dong" siam one. just sit around the fibua area chit chat with the other warrants macam nothing is happening. -
