there are many singaporeans like you who refuse to do the dirty work. maybe after enough dirty work people will not anyhow "blast". its up to the toilet cleaners to tell the others not to crap on the floor, for example.

In my time, all those who completed the week's training can book out earlier. All the Attend B Attend C fellas stay behind to do sai kang on Saturday and book out on Saturday night.
It certainly cut down report sick rates...especially towards the end of the week.
