  hey guys, who have ord-ed, what are the details listed in one's certificate of service? could you enlighten me pls.? thx.

  Nothing much. Just state the date u enlist into the army till the day u ORD. Then talk about your rank, and the units u were posted to. And then got talk about your conduct, whether is it good, fair, poor, excellant etc. Its almost like a report book, without class rankings.lol

  eh certificate is who write one arr? CO or OC? i not quite gam with my OC. btw, got state the number of days you on mc. like report book and your OC's comments about you? i like got 2.5 mths mc leh...reflect on COS very paiseh...haha...

  hmm.. for me, it was signed by my DY Chief Armour Officer, COL Andrew Lim.
  not too sure about the Bn level.

  oh yes they will actually. it will list out your achievements u garnered during your service....courses.....medals awarded if any...and of course... punishable acts...those major ones..like DB. it will be reflected when you search for job. how do i know... my good friend kena db for beating up his SG.
  
  and now he complaining some company do not wan to hire him because of his DB history....
