  oh..i tot got pictures... haha....anyway...orderly room....ops room... alomost the same laa... tats where the DO and COS and Duty Clerk will be stationed in on duty...

  ops room is operation room. a place where all the officers meet to discuss details of exercise, training etc.
  
  orderly room is the S1 office. a place routine orders and all documents of the unit are handled. mainly the administrative office.

  my division ops room different lei. my div ops room is for duty offc and clerks. discussion of exercises will be somewhere else....

  generally the ops room is for the S3. duty officers normally have to stay there when he is on duty.
  
  meeting are of course conducted in a meeting room, if available.
  
  S3 office is one of the few room with air-condition.

  i still remember those days as a duty clerk. sleeping on one of the table in the orderly room.
