  For slackers, it will be very gd... admin admin admin only, then occasionally go somewhere else and help out with their activities, shooting, carnival, etc.
  That's what the NSF in NPCC HQ do, so i guess, more or less the same ...

  I had a friend who got it after talking about getting posted there in jest. Needless to say, he was so overjoyed that he actually got posted there. And yeah, he was a real slacker.

  actually quite a lot of officers per OCC is like that wat..
  A lot go be BMT PCs, Staff Officers everywhere..only like 20-30% go to units to be real PCs to really go cheong sua and lead man

  no.. he is not the only guy.
  
  there are officers (singapura) in NCC.
  
  The training cadre officers (TCOs) are also 2LT. Got RSM (1WO), got other WO also, they even got GUARDS and RANGERS tab.

  I find it very funny, those people posted to NCC mostly all lousy people like PTE and CPL. Yet, they can scold and shout at the cadets!
