(1) from what i know, the med. officer's hands are tied when dealing with mc-s of more than 28 days right? because it can only be approved or reduced by the medical board...correct?
(2) so if there's medical confidentiality, how would the medical board know the true extent of the svcman's injury; assuming that his injury is indeed distinct and diff. from those of others...
More than 28 days...let the medical board decide..I don't think the Mo's hands are tied...his recommendation at medical board carries alot of weight.
The medical board consists of doctors...no problem with confidentiality there..
