how come i receive unit manning order when im still an NSF?

im an NSF who just got posted to 30 SCE
yet i received an sms from mindef stating my unit manning order is from july 11 to 18
isnt this more for NS men than NSF
did mindef send to wrong person???? -
No. mob manning is for everyone. ICT's is for reservist.

When I was still an NSF, my name is ALWAYS on the Recall Manning list. They NEVER missed me out.
The manning is activated 9 out of 10 times. What is so surprising???
