IQ test

A friend of mine told me that during his IQ test, the unintentionally did not complete the last 15 questions of the test. Will that affect the results of his postings? Was told by someone that SAF spent millions on this test system and its used as one of the criteria for selections of OCS and SISPEC places.
btw he's currently in jc yr 2 -
i think the one is useless stuff dont know do for what also....seem some ppl with mental problem also in combat unit later posted out...another a jc guy who alsw threaten OC to commit sucide.....
i don think the stuff is to deter any laedership or IQ lr... -

Yes, they would take those results into consideration, but I would say that it carries less weight in the final decision of what leadership school you would go.
What is quite important is the SITTEST camp and your PC's overall reccommendation. Also, physical results play a part. If you platoon best, then quite high chance to go OCS, although never guaranteed.
Even more importantly, overshadowing all of the above is manpower requirements. If a unit has a particular intake or a critical shortage of combat fit man, then dun care whether how good you are - just need able bodies and minds for the manpower shortage.
Now I dunno, but last time quite often there are excess officers, so send them do lobo appointments in MINDEF/SAFTI. So, priority is typically each unit's manpower requirements. -
