I remember read from somewhere ( magazine or webby ) nong nong ago this name H**don seems like cursed by black magic....every yr ( or every few yrs ) must have cdo die.

I've seen the devil's face - checked it out just before we moved to the new barracks. If it had been as regularly painted as I'd been told, it's either really lousy paint or there's no getting rid of that thing.
Apparently, while excavating the hole for the swimming pool, construction workers found some old bones, probably from WW2. Rumour has it that when they first filled the pool, they found dead toads in it the next morning, and the pool floor had cracked, so they had to redo it.
That's all speculation anyway. What I do know is that the CO consulted a geomancer who said that the best time to start moving was 1 pm. Easy enough for him to say - we were still moving our stuff all the way till 0300.
All in all, I don't believe the place is cursed by spirits. It does, however, seem to be cursed by a few morons who don't understand the spirit of the unit.
