Anione tell me wat is the job of a recall spec.
I was assigned this appointment and my coy admin spec didnt even noe wat is tat.
So durin recallin 1 guy nv come i kena 1 extra?

you are alot of things to be done before your unit on recall
better check with your boss to avoid any confusion -
.......wat needs to be done, give me sm example.
i got no upper study fpr it. And they expect me to do my job properly
no papers no documents no instructions.
no nominal roll no name list no NOTHING!!!!
And they expect me to perform when the time comes?
wat rubbish is that?
shld be CSM give wan.... coz i regular..
at least give me a paper sayin a list of tings to be done. -

mob recall thing dun play play its a serious thing, once screwup u have to answer alot of things and report to do

1) Tell your CSM/officer that you have not been taught how to perform your duties. Best is to request for PC interview so everything is official!
2) ask your PS for instruction.
By doing this, you are effectively deflecting BS away from you. Your PS will now be responsible as well since he knows you have no idea how to do your job. More importantly, he is probably junior enough to be a scapegoat.
I dub this the 'poison pill' or the 'I die, you Die' defence.
