How you handle chao kengs?

It is common for NSF men to chao keng, making others do extra duties or handle a heavier load. In my time, we had regular blanket parties for these blokes...what do people do nowadays?

A little adjustment of the guard duty roster never hurt anyone.

If these 'chao kengs' have the support of Warrant Officers, it may be wiser to just leave them alone. You can never win them.
I once knew of a CK (chao keng) who is PES B, has a diploma in music and can play the piano well (according to those who have heard him play). He told me his hands cannot touch "dirty" things. Well, it's only grease. As a mechanic in the army, if you dare not touch grease, what are you?
But, he was damn lucky. He was damn good at being servient to the Platoon Sergeant who was a Warrant Officer. He wanted so much to be a clerk to protect his 'beloved hands'. He got his wish and people like us who have been downgraded to PES C still have to touch those things he considered "dirty".
In the army, if you have the support of your superiors, your life is pretty smooth sailing. -
u can do nothing if u don't have the power, or just suay you got incompetent and bo chup people as your superiors who just chooses to turn his eyes on this.

When the chao keng is asleep at night, the others will pull a blanket over him and whack him jia lak jia lak....he cannot see who did it. If the fella is the RSM (regular sick man) aka kengster, the sergeant see all the bruises but also won't say anything the next morning.
All that sort of things stop now in the new army....keng all you can now
