greatest fear - 24 hour BP monitering

i did mine when i was in sec 4 , the nurse came and checked my bp , 160 , I wad damned nervous .
go see family doctor , also hi bp .
later go polyclinic check blood , urine
no problems go hospital do the 24 hour BP measurement
damned uncomfortable , my skin very reddish .
it's so itchy that I scratch it like siao .
this are my results
average heart beat 106
average BP 127
highest BP 150
lowest 106
......
normal , but i scared during NS checkup , they aske me do again .
I so scare my skin will rot , cannot bathe sia . the expirence sux .
Everytime the doc prepare to measure my BP , iwil get nervous .
KNN , the hospital even ask me do 24 hour log book
i have to record all inside like reading comic book .
pls help , anyway to make me no so nervous ?
anyway the cardiologist asked me to bring this during NS medical test .
Any MO knows if my BP this time very high , do need to redo the test or dun need ?

off topic, i hate ppl with anxiety disorder, always so kan cheong to do things. den cannot concentrate. got once my buddy kena arrow stay back till 11pm. he took a 1 week mc. den his sh1t i need to clear for him. come back keep apologising. no f**king use since it has already been done. -

my illness is called whitecoat hypetension not enzema and anxiety disorder .
yah it's true when I present on stage , my heart will be beating very fast .
measure Bp also very fast .
I have been proven by doctor to have this problem , so any MO knows if I have to do another 1 at CMBP base if my BP is very high .
or I just show them my doctor's letter ? -
Hey, chill down dude. This isn't your buddy we're talking about. It would do a lot of good for you to tone down on your use of the tar and brush. To the threadstarter: Well, whether or not the MO will order another test for you during your checkup is entirely up to his discretion. But ultimately, your test results are a cause of concern... a BP and heart rate that high can't be good.
Both your systolic (maximum) and diastolic (minimum BP) are pretty high. It ought to be below 130 for maximum and 90 for minimum. But I guess you already know that. I once had a BP of 130/110 during a health screening and was advised to do a follow-up check-up.
Just take the documents your cardiologist gave you and show it to the MO.

but my case is I have normal average BP during the 24 hours screening .
My BP is normal when I dine , read book or cook .
I only feel anxious when I feel pressurized ( BP 160 above) like oral presentation and going to hospital .
My 24 hour average BP at home is acceptable . ( a bit high when playing maple story 130 )
when I was doing maple story third job advancement , I was so nervous .

hey.....same case for me too....diagnosed as having hypertension during school checkup in sec 4...then after subsequent med checkups in KKH the doc wrote a letter for me..saying got whitecoat hypertension(see doctor blood pressure will rise....not because doctor chio la
).....gave the letter to MO when i went for checkup at cmpb this june...he still gave me PES A even though my BP measured there for 4-5 times always like 140+...never ask me to put on the 24-hr BP monitering thingy leh...so dun think u nid to have to go for the 24hr BP monitering if u have doc's letter -

anyoneknows wad is pre-enlistment documentation .
i dunno wad my eyesight degree is
cos I lost the card from my optician .

pre-enlistment documentation and eMedical Screening Questionnaire can be done at www.ns.sg,the documentation is all about measurements like ur shirt,hemet,shoe size etc so no need measure during ur checkup at CMPB....the med questionaire is basic questions about ur current health status and history,inclusive of ur family history.....eyesight dun nid worry...wear ur specs there dun wear contacts if possible...they will test ur eyesight there plus the degree of ur specs....
and whitecoat hypertension is BP rise momentarily when measuring BP by doctor and rise in BP is temporary like in ur case, while stress-induced hypertension is a sustained elevated BP due to persistent stress factors....high BP on a more permanent basis -

my degree moderate nia , i went to make a new spec today morning , only 650 and 600 .
i go there check also same nia cos i just make new specs today morning .
i even asked him to make a spec suitable for NS de , more durable . ( expensive seh ) -

my normal bp is 85-95 leh. hr is 50-59.
if diarrhoea must indicate my lower bp is normal, wa mai tio drip....
