During my NS days, as the place i served is not a unit...we merely meet in a conference room and renew our Pledges to the SAF. After that we have buffet and entertainment by the SAF MDC -

martin u from airforce rite.. the nicest part is that when the airforce ppl at the east seating cheer, the commandos next to them clap the loudest and when the commandos cheer, the airforce do the same back.. veri giam ar ahaha

Exactly one more week to my ORD!!!
Btw, just now some time around 7+ or 8 pm got some fireworks near my place at Sembawang. I could see it clearly from my kitchen window. The fireworks lasted for around 10 mins. This happens every year on SAF Day, so I guess it's related. But can anyone tell where the fireworks came from? -
