NS Clerk: Admin Spec/Chief Clerk? Reservist? Upgrade to 3SG?

  this reminds me of a guy who OOCed frm OCS and became a 3SG admin spec in my unit. wear no.3 to work everyday. seldom get to see 3SG in no.3 over here.

  Depending on your estab, you could be a Admin spec also depending on your appointment. I believe that my previous S1 Branch had the Docu Clerk promoted to 3rd sergeant based on estab.
  
  Meh, if you want to be, then just ask your Chief Clerk. Just send you for course and see how it goes. Or get your Course Clerk to quietly schedule you for the course.
