We have a female Captain whose Arms Badge is that of a combat engineer. Then, someone else said that the Arms Badge is reflective of the vocation one is trained in. However, I doubt this Captain is trained as a combat engineer, right?
Yes like what you are thinking, yes combat engineer officer course is the worst course you ever want to be, much worst then ranger or commando courses.
Then the question is how she manage it, easy get her officer rank in other arms first like being a infantry officer first, then do the combat engineer officer course. Well since they are officer already, they have a lot of prvilieges, and excuse from some punishment which the cadets and are excuse from a lot of other activities, but it is still hell for those officers. If she really gone through it , she is good.
