  an endocrine dept deals with the pancreas or adrenals(somewhere) on the kidneys if i am not mistaken.......maybe you are a diabetic???? perhaps????

  The endocrine dept probably deals with the endocrine glands, which secrete hormones mainly. So it's not just concerning the adrenal glands or the pancreas but also the thyroid and pitutary glands among others. So perhaps you might like to tell us whether there's any specific reason for your being referred there?

  i always feel very thirsty and drink lots of water
  
  up to more then 6 litres a day
  
  and go toilet every half and hour or so
  
  was told taht my brain cannot release wat DHA or
  
  wat kidney problem fail to react

  Basically the endocrine system regulates metabolism, growth and development, and reproduction though endorine glands that secrete hormones and other chemicals. So they probably suspect some metabolic disorder so they are refering you for further tests.

  hmn... noahnoah, u haf diabetes insipidus
  that means that ur body haf difficulty retaining water
  so u urine lots, n to make up e water loss,
  u end up drinking lots of water too
  
  diabetes insipidus is DIFFERENT from diabetes mellitus
  which is related to high glucose levels in blood,
  e one tt needs to take medicine or injection
  
  ur cause of diabetes insipidus seems to be due to
  lack of ADH (some hormone) secretion
  depending on severity, u may not need medication
  if a bit mor serious, then u may haf 2 take this medicine
  desmopressin, to replace ur lack of ADH lah
  
  4 diabetes insipidus, u muz be a bit more careful of getting dehydrated lah
