what if never bring IC when reporting for enlistment?

eg. report for enlistment at pulau tekong, then when they ask for ur pink ic, u realized u forgot to bring. then how? will they still give u the green 11b?
this ever happened to u, or ur friends or BMT mates before? so what happened? -

during rec time, if such thing happen, normally you will kena mark! as... YOU SO OUTSTANDING MAH! NEVER BRING IC! and all instructor will keep a good watch out on you! then... life will be very bad hor -
Then he can be charged for not reporting for national service lor.....cannot in process, then nothing on record to prove he reported mah.
