seriously, they need to change the ncc's uniform. or at least make them go home in vest (school pe t-shirt) and slacks?

the only ncc different from saf is air type.
how about land and sea? -
it's such an eyesore looking at those NCC kids with their oversized uniforms, dragging their feets, wear berets like mushrooms etc.

no offence but some wear berets like mustroom, so even dun know adjust their beret and put crest in middle -

ncc's SGTs are known as specialist. my question is , what do they specialise in?
they should change their rank syst. maybe instead of having the same black stripes as the army's, they could change it to yellow? -
I agree, its such a disgrace to the specialist ranks. Make them wear the white/yellow OCS ranks instead. Or at least remove the state crest from the SSG/MSG and replace with another insignia.

They probably do it to save money (economies of scale).
But I agree. It's bad for some 16yr old to wear SAF ranks when they really haven't earned it.
Time to start a petition going to send to SAF. -

if not, sure got some blur recruits don't know, see NCC SSG or MSG go and greet them by mistake. -

I think that is hard lah.. I think as long as they are distinguished from actual army they can go home in uniform (as long as they actually go home).
Brightly coloured rank insignia would work. -

And if you change into half uniform, no one would notice a guy in t-shirt, blue pants and leather shoes. Whereas the camo pants tends to stan out quite a bit more. -

dun let those kids wear No.4 lor..let them wear No.3..epaulette very obvious is NCC, belt buckle also NCC insignia, and the nametag also have NCC insignia.
