NS Pre-Enlistee: Further Reporting Order(FRO): How? Do What?

I have to go to CMBP for documentation , medical checkup and aptitude assesssment on August .
any1 going CMBP in August ?
I am dam nervous .......
a dam important day as it determines what do I have to do for NS .
well I just finished filling up my medical questionaire after consulting my family doctors , and they have written a detailed medical report for me .
just wondering if my father's death is due to psychological reasons , do I have to bring his death certificate with the autopsy report on that day ?
then my mother have high BP , must I ask her doctor to write a report ?
although I myself have whitecoat hypertension not my mum's type of hyper tension . -
yah regarding the social history part of medical questionaire . if i am asexual must i declare ?
cos i never expirence sexual attraction or arousal all my life .
all my errection and ejaculation are all self-induced as i can only attain errection and ejaculation when i masterbade . -
Hmm.
If you have psychological issues, you could want to declare them.But do bear in mind that there are consequences involved.
I'm not an expert on asexuality. Please talk to your GP or a psychologist in private practice about this.

Your own medical report/letter/etc is enough, as for your parent's medical report, not required unless it affects your medical condition, may be taken into consideration but up to the MO's decision (i.e. known heart problems, HBP in family tree traces up your family tree where each memeber in the family tree is known to have it)

Hey, don't sweat the small stuff. It's just a further reporting order.
When I had my original checkup I was graded PES D pending medical review of a hearing problem (acute tinnitus) that I was having at the time. I was also sent an FRO for further evaluation, where I was graded PES B.
Just come down with whatever medical reports your family doctor wrote for you. As for family history, you don't really have to bring down any supporting documentation unless if CMPB specifically requests for it.
In the end, whether you worry or not is not going to affect your final PES status and future vocation. So why get anxious? Just go down and hope for the best. I can understand your hypertensive condition - but surely effective stress management is part of the treatment process?
All that anxiety you're piling on yourself isn't going to help your hypertension at all.

actually i hesitated declaring i am anti-social in the social history because I scare later on in the future no1 wants to employ me .
although I never consulted a psychiatrist , but the evidence is in my report book .
most of the remarks made by my teacher are that I need to socialise with my frenz more or he is a quiet boy that needs to speak up iun class or an introvert . etc
I still dunno should i declare this or not ....
as it really have undesirable consequences ......
I read the FAQ in NS portal , they said if i have an appointment at the psychiatrist clinic , i should be acompannied by 1 parent and have my school records with me .
I dowan my future employers to know abt this .

but according to da website , medical examination is abt 2 hours .....
but i nid more time cos i am the type with medi problems and CMBP closes at 5 pm , and pre-enlistment documentaion takes some time ......
if i am unable to finish my checkup , must i come another day ?
and there 's still aptitude assessment leh .....
