Of course you ought to be punctual for any medical appointment, and as with any appointment, it would be best to come five minutes earlier.
If they give you a 1pm appointment, that means that they feel that 4 hours will be enough to deal with you. If it's not enough, they'll simply give you another appointment date to finish up whatever that couldn't be finished.
I've said it several times, and I'll say it again: don't sweat the small stuff. It's just an additional medical review. Just give them your full medical history with whatever supporting documents that you have and just do whatever they tell you to do.
Worrying about the outcome won't change the outcome a little bit. And seriously, what's the worst that could happen? -

Me also cannot finish 1st time, left the aptitude assement, so I come back another day to do lor. Things dun always go as plan one mah, so if there is cock up just come back again lor.
BTW, its CMPB not CMBP hor.

i scare cos last time the doctor pulled me dick's foreskin and i shouted ouch .
then the doctor stared at me .
then he said my dick nid a small operation to remove part of my fore skin . I got phimosis (thickfore skin)!!!!
then sec school , i tio hi BP checkup due to phobia of medical checkup .
went to NUS , diagnosed at whitecoat hypertension but before that I did 2 times blood screening , 2 times urine test and ECG and other scary tests .
now NS 1 , i more scare wor .
dun laugh lah .....
