what will happen if u never turn up for something? i've completed my med checkup but i forgot to turn up for the computer vocation test and i'm supposed to submit the health declaration form on the same day. anything serious anot? i'm planning to head down to cmpb first thing on monday at the same time to submit doctor's letter. will i get charged or anything?

No. You wont get anything. I myself didnt go for the first check up they told me to go. Can't charge civilian but you already disobeyed a Reporting Order that is within the Enlistment Act which allows civilian to be charged in a civil court.
But for your case , they will just send you a reminder or if you are dropping by, they will just accomodate to you. -
