  its ippt... unless u fail to clear the window then u hv to rt else rest n slack for another 11months...

  i think IPT is the new form of RT, in the sense that before your window close, u can volunteer to join this programme, where they train u up for ur IPPT. I think the duration is ard 2-3 months, and at the end of the programme, u will take the IPPT test. If u pass, u clear the IPPT for the workyear. u will get the incentives as applied for IPPT.
  
  Pls note, however, attendance is very important. I think u must attend up to 90-95% of the IPT. So sign up for it only if u got time. No time better go train on ur own.
