Anyone here have any idea what does this unit mean?

I came across this unit the other day when one of my colleaugues was churning out reports for one of the NSFs who just ORD.
Unit: RTL S&T/MES,NSPC

NSPC = NS Personnel Centre?
S&T = Supply & Transport
MES = Mechanized & Engineering Support (not 100% sure)
RTL = ??? -
I manage to figure out S&T and MES coupled with your guesses, it should be right. NSPC and RTL is something which I had never come across before.

i see... so if a person is posted to such unit, it means he would be unlikely to be called back for reservist?

Interestingly, I'm under NSPC, and was in the MES Formation, but no RTL for me.

My PC ask me got ABSD for interview to be an IO. What's all that mean?
Btw i'm in NS and i'm still in BMT(but gonna OOT cause of training injury) -

Me was working overseas after ORD, so when me went to apply for my exit permit back then, and after the application was successful, me was informed by NSPC through letter that me was put on RTL NSPC...Originally posted by juzernie:hmmm... so you got reposted after that?
After me came back to Singapore after working years overseas, me was then reposted to my current NS unit for my reservist... -
