  there is a super rsm by the name of tiger hong something like that
  anyone know story of him??can share here..

  Yes there is. But not my time. Think about 70's 80's. He is very notorious for regimentation and discipline.

  He was in infantry if im not mistaken. He was an RSM of a certain unit. I forgot which one. And he saw an officer, captain i think walk across the parade square.
  
  He saluted the officer and then made him do push up. The officer was impressed by his attitude that he wrote a letter of recommendation that he be promoted to be an officer. To a LTA. But he retired as a CPT though.

  He was an RSM from SAFTI. HE was later promoted to officer scale. Retired with Captain.

  my cousin have the unfortunate luck to have his PT by him..
  
  he told me he had to do 250 Jumping Jacks,150 Dips,200 Push Ups and a 2km run before a 10m rest and repeating it again
