ict: how much salary such that u won't get called back

i'm a corporal in FDS with no appointment, how much do i need to earn in order such that its not worth for them to call me back to ict? $10k?

Tell you something, MD of Singapore Technologies himself have to go thru reservist even though it only last for few days. And his pay is much more higher than that. What you think? -
well we have to look at appointment....MD of ST, high chance he is a OC or at the very least a CSM.....u telling me if i earning 20k as a chao corporal rifleman they still want to call me back ah? ok lor.....

My storeman friend earning 500k and more every year already... but still being called up for ns. somemore you rifleman... they cant let your comrades go for training while you are excused rite... -

Share wif your guys this info. Once a reservist from my unit submit his MUP form to mindef. He is a business man doing mobile phones sales and travel between sg and hk very often. his claim of S$300,000 per month was accepted and guess wat? Dun no who go inform zhen fu his claim fake one. End up he go jail.
From what I know, so long as you are not a appointment holder ( rank of private to 1SGT ), even your monthly salary is S$4800, SAF still call u for ICT.
Thats why I think due to the high salary claims from NSmen, NS now only 10 yrs instead of usual 13yrs cycle. Cut cost mah. And also I believe NSmen who completed their 10yrs ICT, they r still below the age of 34 hence no need go for FFI and IPPT. So chances of NSmen died during IPPT is alomst down to zero rate. Correct me if I'm wrong. -

Reduction of NS. My own views:
13 yrs cut down to 10 yrs, just imagine how much Mindef can save on $$$ for
1)MUP ( make up pay ).
2)Ippt awards claim ( if every NSmen achieve S$100).
3)Emart purchase by NSmen.
4)FFI for NSmen age 35 and above. These days medical checkup not cheap wor.
5)NSmen no longer can chiong sua faster at the age of 35.
6)More $$$ needed for purchasing of new weapons and maintenaning them.
