severe accident of servicemen, but not resulting in death. can be either reported in news or heard from friends or relatives.
some examples are like maybe grenade never throw properly then the person become badly scarred... or tonner roll over person leg then the person have to have both legs amputated.... or failed parachute jump resulting in coma or vegetable.... or some over-tekan until the person become crazy and end up staying in woodbridge forever..... or m16 chamber explosion then the person become scarred n blind... or training accident causing the person to fall and end up paralyzed waist down... etc etc
please elaborate here...

Serious accident but never die ? If nobody die then how to consider it serious ley ? What if one day the news report got one accident but not serious because only have 40 pple die in it and no injuries . Do you want to hear that ?

There are lots of such accidents, some involving fatalities, within the Armour formation. I've read a whole anthology of such stories before, in some safety pamphlet I recall.

1 F-16 had failure. Pilot steered to Straits of Joher before ejecting. It was only a brief mention in the paper and nothing else was mention days after.
Arty exploded in New Zealand.

Thats true , i think my batch caused the small fire , i heard it from one officer and i have seen the pics of the dead cows on my camp magazine and also heard of it from previous batch from other unit . One of the head of the cow was lopped off cleanly . Severe incident are alot more then can be told here .

Me also heard from my brother about some Armour accident happened in 1995 while he was with 41 when a AMX13 SM1 overturned and crushed the tank commander as he was standing in his cuppola... My brother said his body was severed into two parts and he was one of the medics on site to extract and pack his remains into the bodypack...

Heard from my friend doing reservist in Air Force that's Zoe Tay's husabnd's F-16 tail fin tip got chip off in a mid air during training...manage to land safely in Changi....
