Criteria for ORD

Is there any criteria for ORD, like must have no outstanding issues and such?
I'm going to ORD but i haven't clear SOC, can my OC withhold my ORD? -
Knn, 2 years and you still can't clear SOC.
Wtf have you been doing in the army? Sleeping all day?

clear IPPT, clear range, clear SOC (depends on unit and vocation), clear FFI. get all your superior to sign clearance. clear all your leaves and offs.

I cleared my 1st year and 2nd year, but 3rd year can't clear, and there isn't much time to train left

well, if you count 2004 as 1st year, and 2005 as 2nd year, this year i haven't cleared

Damn canteen breaks.
The army should do something about all these canteen breaks.
Like limit them to just 3 a day max. -
I can't seem to get back my fitness lvl after a heat exhaustion incident i had, now i'm worried cause i need to find a job soon any i cannot ORD

Criterias for my unit:
1) 2nd Year ATP (at least a pass)
2) 2nd Year IPPT (at least silver)
3) Chemical Defense Refresher
4) Sign all clearance stuff (run around get signatures)
5) Put ur pink IC in front of ur pass when booking out -
ORD need Criteria one meh?
I think maybe cannot ord if u have offend someone very high ranking and whom want to charge u or something ,then your ord date might extend loh.
Ord clearance?hahaa last time i never let them sigh all leh,cause my superiors alway MIA,the clerk just take the form and give me my pink IC that all LOL.
As for IPPT,SOC range?where got such thing have to pass then can ord one?
This is the 1st time i heard!!!FFI confirm pass one.
So conclusion i think the only thing that can rehold u from ord is that if someone want to charge u for something. -

That one is beyond any unit commander.It's under General Orders and the SAF Act. -
you fail everythign also will ord one dun worry. but must do clearance otherwise i think they can hold your ic

Even then the chief clerk will probably make sure you get your IC back since she wants to go home by 5pm too. -

My unit's quite relaxed on such matters, but the previous S4 used to refuse to sign your clearance if you go to see him with long hair.

i never heard anyone cannot ord because cannot pass ippt or soc.. it's in the directives...
a person ord can only be extended if he go db... otherwise.. must ord!!! -
clear FFI and doing clearance. thats all i know

under what circumstances will a person's ORD date being extended?
1) Kenna DB and/or Changi/Queenstown prison.
2) Disruption but that is another story.
3) Volunteer extending of service (There are people doing that because of participation of NDP and such.) -
i AWOLed on my ORD. i didn't take leave that day, i only came at 3.30pm.

I remembered my RSM, OC, CO all dun want to sign my clearance form. End up have to chase them on actual day.
Then on actual day, RSM, CO "take" leave. OC also "take" leave but lucky he appeared for an hour to take something from his office and I was there to ask for his signature.
End up ask my Encik to sign for RSM, S1 to sign for CO, took IC at 10am and ORD loh!
