Help! Anyone Knows What The Letter Means?

Hey guys.. I just got this letter from Mindef, and I'm not sure what it means. Does it mean I'm enlisting on that day? Or is it a second round of medicals? I did my medical on May, and got a PES A rating. Please help if you know what it means, and let me know what to expect. Thanks in advance..
The Enlistment Act, (Cap. 93)
Further Reporting Order
1. You are hereby required under Section 9 of the Enlistment Act, (Cap 93) to report for VOCATIONAL ASSIGNMENT on **/08/2006 at **.**AM, SPECIAL OPERATIONS TACTICS CENTRE (PASIR RIS CAMP)
2. Bla Bla Bla
3. The Vocational Assessment will take about 5 hours to complete and it consists of the following:
a. Medical Examination
b. Physical Fitness Assessment
c. Physchology Assessment
d. Interview
4. More Bla Bla Bla -

Is it true that SPECIAL OPERATIONS TACTICS CENTRE is the commando school? So is this a test to see if i'm capable of being a commando? Or is it for some other reason?

there's nothing that you will know that you can't tell here.
in fact, i don't remember them telling us anything. Only say this selection is for commandos. that's all they say, expecting us to know what commandos do etc. -
