Anyways, think for yourself... whatever Top Secret document u saw, u are sworn under oath of allegiance h.) strictly safeguard and preserve state secrets and official information and never disclose them.
So whether you are cleared for the information or not, (applicable to urself), is not relevant.
However, I think the individual who left the documents around, needs to be reminded that he needs to store those documents properly under lock n key. -

From what me had observed before, all secret documents are stored in a safe which only the commander will have access, and they are disposed by means of bringing them to the nearest incineration plant to burn... All these processes are observed to they are burnt...

The most preferred way is to return to the oringinator of the TS doc and up to the originator to dispose.
Otherwise, the distruction is by double or cross-shredding but witnessed by ppl with clearance to do so.
I guess the fastest way is to include those docs during the "annual" old ammunition disposal.
But the funny about TS documents is that they are not really TS and many ppl actually know the context.
Broadly speaking, most is about world current events and what stance SAF is undertaking to counter those events or react to it.
It is TS (Cicero) that is really TS. -
