Otherwise, the distruction is by double or cross-shredding but witnessed by ppl with clearance to do so.
I guess the fastest way is to include those docs during the "annual" old ammunition disposal.
But the funny about TS documents is that they are not really TS and many ppl actually know the context.
Broadly speaking, most is about world current events and what stance SAF is undertaking to counter those events or react to it.
It is TS (Cicero) that is really TS.

Reaction Papers and SOPs have to segregated well.
First may be seen by other people without the appropriate security clearance but the appropriate staff appointment, in conjunction to access control.
That's what I think, because SOPs are usually Eyes-Only.
