My office had these customer satisfaction reports, but my Maint. OIC never gave us anything.
It's all for unit KPI charts.

I like my platoon sergeant, 2SG XXX. He is a very nice man eventhough he like to tekan us and scold vulgarities at us. I respect him a lot eventhough he always threaten to charge us for whatever silly reasons. I hope to go to OCS and come back to XXX company to serve as PC so that i can tekan him back. err... i mean work together with him.

While you are quite true, but it is because BMTC 3SGs want to behave like men.
If they want to put in the efforst, BMTC 3SGs can make the diff into whether or not the REC will be wholehearted to NS. -
