Im living in Tampines and they post me to Jurong camp.. wtf
Anyone going there on the 8th sept, 0800hr
Anyway what to expect in 30th SCE, whats the job scope? Bridge building? I heard its quite tough to be in SCE, is it true?
How are the inmates over there like?
I thought i was going to be posted to infantry or civil defence. -

Relac lah. Enginner nowadys is like so lobo. Unlike that time where everything was build using manual force. Even those metal bridges. Now u juz need to press a button and the bridge is built.

Welcome to the Singapore Combat Engineers........eh not right leh....i finish army........eh still not right leh.....i even MR liao leh stand down from reservist.....sh1t.

If I'm not wrong, you will be trained as a Field Engineer. That is, you will learn to clear mines and stuff like that. I don't think you will be building bridges 'cos that's the job of 35 SCE.
