  me in platoon 9
  from cec carry on to fpc
  
  merger of platoon c1 and previous platoon 9
  cos cec phase got 4 platoons
  now only 3 platoons
  some lucky bastards posted out to plant/ooc/revocated
  
  there is a sgt chong
  but not peter chong
