Who do you think is the fittest in SAF?, inregardless of whether he/she is in navy, airforce or the army.

how about that old man i always see at the tekong swimming pool during my BMT days? his body is very muscular for someone his age. he got to be at least above 50 years old.

tat veteran was a pti b4. his son was in my bmt platoon mate. -
It have to be OC Warren Lem at Maju Camp , this old man beat everyone by running IPPT with us on our test for 3 - 4 times while we took turns to run IPPT .
