  its a good idea! do it often enough and he will send you to the best training institution in SAF ever. with the best training programme and facilities. and no push ups there. none at all. who needs puish ups when you got 30kg sandbags?

  I don't pretend to know how or what event caused u to get pumped.
  
  But be a man about it.... if u did something wrong, admit it and do the punishment and move on.
  
  If u think u are innocent and have been wrongly punished then highlight it at the appropriate time.
  
  My point is just be mature abt it... sort it out and move on.
