These clerks always like to take MC. I'm kinda used to it by now. When ppl are VERY free, they can also feel stressed out. i personnelly cant stand these type of people i think saf should extend their service if they had 30 days of mc in their service.
It's like that lah. Being VERY busy, we feel stress. Being VERY free, we will also feel stress. It's best to be in the middle where there is a balance and not at either of these two extreme ends. -

then there are others who are in pes c because of some mental disorder prob, and they keng pes c, cannot carry stuffs. whenever i 'activate' them to help up, they will kpkb and say it's the storeman prob. but it's true sometimes the storeman nv help out also.
i despise those ppl who have disorder prob and keng alot of things. like 1 of them in the same section with me. spoilt brat. everyday knockoff, he nv clear his desk, leave all the classified document on the table and i'm the one that gets scolded for it. once he get scolded or given some extra work, he keng stress and take mc.
anyone here with the same experience as me? teach me how to tackle this kind of situation leh. -

Sometimes I really don't undertsand why these people so such things. It is not as if they have better things to do outside. These people always screw up my duty clerk planning until I gave up and let my understudy take over. Look you can don't like army or whatever, just serve and fuck off.
However there are some clerks are really good lar. Even route march with me in Taiwan for ATEC. I think in every vocation, there bound to have some black horse, just make sure the newer clerks don't get influence.
BTW, don't even bother giving extras, if regimental duties they play punk, what makes you thing they will serve extras.
