i suggest that in future, all CDF candidates must pass BMI, SOC, must have IPPT Gold, marksman and at least 1 confidence badge.

btw, LG Ng Yat Chung was previously CO of 21SA and commander of 3DIV, then COA, now CDF. Desmond Kuek last time also commander of 3DIV. -
