2006 - 1 extra for failure to attend the last night of unit outing
7 extras for illegal booking out and defying superior's orders to come back after being exposed.

That was a 3 days 2 nights unit outing in a chalet and it was badly organised and we can choose to stay overnight or go home and come back the next day.Originally posted by LazerLordz:Unit Outing also got you extras??
By right we are only supposed to leave the venue at the evening of the 1st day but when we arrived there, there is almost no activites so we left at noon after having lunch there.
Then the 2nd day we went back to the chalet but it doesn't go along with the schedule and we intend to go elsewhere and return to the BBQ at night but eventually we decided to go home.
I still remembered that night my superior called my handphone and I wouldn't dare to pick it up. And the next working day (Which was after the New Year) my ops warrant awarded me 1 extra. -
Damn....when i was doing my "AIT"...we couldn't pass our weapons to our buddies to look after...reason given was quite funny, but quite true.."what if, when you pass your weapon to your buddy, THEN YOU GET CONTACTED ON THE WAY TO THE BUSHES TO SHIT?"

I got 1 extra for making my platoon fall in IN THE SHELTER during hot sun.
Give them welfare kena extra.
My OC's reason.... unfair if the platoon gets shelter when other platoon fall in under the sun.
I think the OC should punish those who made the platoon fall in under sun instead. haha.
Anyway, that extra was a weekend duty which i dunno which lottery I won... fall on AHM!!!

If my unit and you book out with permission and then ignore oders to come back, sure kenna sent to DB. -

The best part was supposed to do guard duty, but then CSM ask, "you can do guard duty this weekend or not?" - He too thought CO standby bed was a waste of time.. When I told him I have to go field exercise on Monday morning, he changed it to COS duty instead. Best, sleep in comfortable bunk in company office. -
