3G ARMY SUX!

I disrupted to study in a local Uni 3 years ago and returned to serve my remaining 3 mths in the Army. I had already served 2 yrs and 3 mths before disruption.
I find that this new generation of soldiers really sux. Damn soft.
Last time, CSM ask me to do 2 consecutive guard duties, I also didn't say anything. I just do it. Those who have done consecutive guard duties know how tiring it is. Sometimes, I can get 4 duties in a mth 'cos our coy have a lot of ppl ORDing or I standby for somebody else.
These days, if you ask a 3G 3rd sgt to perform only 2 duties, which are not consecutive, he will grumble like hell. Saying it's not fair and all the bullsh*t.
I have already served 2 yrs and 3 mths and I still have to do duties, so is that fair? I also didn't say anything. I just said "ok, sir".
Last time (only 5 years ago), if you tell ur CSM not fair, what will happen? He will not fcuk you or anything. But whenever there's a chance, he will tekan you. Nowadays, these stupid NSF dare to say "not fair"... Soft sh*ts. Useless! -

the soldiers now are not wat they used to be.
look that the threads that we have here. complains of "tough" bmt, food, combat rations, weapons, etc.
give the soldiers brown rice, they complain, give white rice, they also complain.
i suspect it is the upbringing, parents now all dote on their kids, get maids to carry bags for them, etc.... that made the kids now sooo soft.

The Educated ones are always the ones that are the Specs and Officers and the one in charge in the future anyway.
Why complain about the newer people.
Compared to the people trained by the Israelis we are probably no more than Noobs and whiners. Dun be so hypocitiical
