I reckon you're pretty darn good a leader if your men can talk shit like "don't want lah, sgt" and yet do it with haste - reflects that although their spirit is unwilling, they did it anyway - your command is not doubted despite their girly squeals. Good men do not follow good leaders. Good leaders have good men.
I believe in internalising the motivation in my chappies too. I never had to give a direct order to anyone to do work, we work as a team and we know that we have a common set of interests.
