It is because the Buses are dedicated to SAF Ferry Terminal.
On a daily basis, they only ferry passengers in the mornings and evenings.
Other than that, the buses are parked in the sun in the Ferry Terminal.
SMRT gotta charge SAF that idling time.
These prices are on CCO Tekong's notice board actually.
RPL charges are more expensive actually. But i dunno the exact figure... i know a 5-tonner cost about $70-80 per trip. THey are charged by the amount of space and weight on the RPL -
